Hotel is not good. Rooms are smelly. We booked just for one day that also for keeping our luggage for resting 1-2 hr. As we have train at same night. But I was not even Willi g to stay in room for 1-2 HR also.

Worst service ever by MMT. 2 star hotel (hotel suntej plaza) was given to me for nainital which looked like a slum. It was actually not a hotel even.The room was like a store room, sofa was broken, the blankets and sofa covers were torn. The bedsheets were not clean, there was no water, the tv was not functioning, no towels were given, no soap and sampoos were given and charged 2000inr per day for that room which is not worth paying even 600 rs per day. room service was poor. No room heater was given. Geaser was not functioning. The window was broken. Abhi jug was given instead of a mug. The toilet was dirty. Overall it was a nightmare for me.

Hotel is hard to locate as it is at the end of the market road, room only looked good from photos, room was smelly and washroom was not clean. We had to wait till 6pm to get it cleaned as staff was not there. Overall experience was not good.

i am aregular costumer of this hotel and mostly vist thrice a year its a very awesome feeling as i saw that whole hotel is changed very good rooms budgetable,inbuilt restaurant,famiy hotel its ver safe over there and yes i always recomend others to vist this hotel whole hotel has got canged

Location of this Hotel is not the first choice for tourist it is situated in a narrow street and back side is parking lot of a bank no nice view at all. The hotel rooms are just ok but toilets are horrible ,unclean unclean and unclean even if you complain they dont bother at all . Never have anything from hotel kitchen it will disturb your stomach. No good experience.
